Guild store question.

Where does the house and listing fee go? Now I know that it is just lost... but I mean come on. These are our own guilds running these store, it isn't some random auctions house. Wouldn't the house fee go back to the guild? Shouldn't the guild be making money off the sale? Does the guild actually just hire some banker to sell these items and give them 25% of the profit? Honestly if I was hiring someone I would pay them far less, heck if they made 10% they would still be making lots of money.
I guess the point I am trying to make is can we lower the fees, or make some of the extra money go to the guild bank?

Why do we pay for selling items to another guild member? May be this is a way of the game telling us that all those garbage items we stored in the comes with a fee and that fee is paid for with ever item we sell.0
