I mean, I find it darkly funny that for all the grief that the forum community gave Wrobel over the years, we've now got people doomsaying over his leaving.

Whilst I am sad to see the people going, the games leadership is still there (Matt & Rich) so the game should in theory have the same design path.

✭✭✭✭✭The departure of a second important member of the team hardly justifies the phrase "yet another key person", especially as there is no suggestion that they were pushed or let go as part of a larger scale reduction in the team. The game's been live for 5 years, in development for a lot longer, and it's inevitable that people will move on from time to time. Like skill and other such game changes, team changes keep the game fresh. No-one is irreplaceable, however much the departing team members may be missed.1 -

People tying lore to racial mechanics are blowhards. Let's just hope they don't start adding garbage from other more popular games, just for cash grabs, and the identity of this game becomes completely toilet material.3

But i dont think ppl need to leave so that others can be added. And i think overall ESO is on a good way atm. FPS & Server could be improved, though.

especially I really like most race changes (ofc there are few still in bad/worse state) as now on pts difference between worst and best race for dps (magica or stmaina) is less than 2k and with races in each other it is average 300-500 dps difference
and as for now we would have huge gap in dps between races and after these changes on pts there would be not huge difference in dps and only with gameplay would be difference between them and only true min/max for max scores runs would use the best race while for more people would be more diversity in races0 -
