I'm a subscriber and don't feel the need to be compensated for what others are getting for free for 5 days.
They get it for 5 days where I have it all the time.

Do I see that right? No compensation again? No crates every time we log in each day?
Well I guess this is a trend now.
In that case, thank you Zenimax for making inventory management easier for five days. I would have subbed again for an additional reward, but those little statues are a joke and having to pay for the privilege of a discount is not a benefit at all.

I honestly couldn't care less about people getting 5 days for free. Lets be real here, is that $2.50 really going to matter? Plus if you look at it at a perspective of crowns then you paid the $15 and got your moneys worth in crowns + the bonus crowns with the sub on top of all the sub benefits. They don't get those crowns. Don't get me wrong I liked when they gave crown crates too but people asking for compensation every time they do one of these free play events is getting kinda ridiculous.

A little overestimating our self-importance, are we?
Why would you want compensation? You really want like £2 in compensation?
This is how the world works. Companies give free things/trials of services that people pay for in a bid to get more people buying/paying for said product/service.
Compensation is for when you have been wronged. There is no wronging here.

I’m happy they do these events and give people a reason to try ESO+ and subs. I’d much rather the sub was mandatory and focus less on generating through crown crates. For me this helps that.
This is just unjustified entitlement at its finest.

@Brrrofski No I don't want 2$ or 2€ or £2. I want another reason to actually subscribe.
We really don't need them anymore. There are more benefits to ESO+ now than there have ever been in the past. In the days when we would get things like free crown crates during free ESO+ trial periods we used to get fewer crowns for our subscriptions, no ESO+ exclusives in the crown store (either the free statuettes, or the discounts on items that aren't available yet for non-subscribers), or access to Morrowind (although I'd guess that most ESO+ subscribers bought Morrowind before we got access to it free anyway). If that, plus all of the benefits to ESO+ that have been around for much longer, isn't enough for you to want to subscribe, then don't subscribe.Juju_beans wrote: »I think it's great that they have these free eso+ days. @Juju_beans I agree that it's a great thing to have these in general and I especially like that they make overlap with the Vvardenfell event so that people who don't have it can get their event tickets. But still, we had these compensations in place before and now ZOS decided they don't need them anymore. I think that's a bummer and counter productive to what they actually want to achieve.

@Ackadian I own all DLCs, I dyed my costumes the way I want them, my main home is in an acceptable state. The only reason for me to subscribe is the inventory management. Now I get that for free, which is great! But what reason do I have to actually subscribe now? None. At least none for another two months or so. If we had gotten crates, I would have subscribed right away! 1650 crowns, a month of craft bag AND 5 CRATES?! Amazing deal, too bad ZOS doesn't agree.

Yes, it is. Because the last ESO+ week and this one are mainly there to give all players the opportunity to get event tickets.Do I see that right? No compensation again? No crates every time we log in each day?

So your "reason for actually subscribing" would be getting free crates for a free trial that is targeted for other new players? Wonder how that works in whatever world you're from.
