We have the same bugs/glitches/issues today that we had years ago. They do say that they care, but those are just hollow words. When was the last time they had their focus on improving the game? Remember what happened during the Elsweyr trailer? They wouldn't mention the performance. In a recent update, they mentioned that they can't fix the combat bug in Cyrodiil, and that we shouldn't expect that it would get fixed. If ZoS did care about performance, then we would have seen changes, and some of the minor bugs/glitches would have been fixed.

There are two options:

1. ZoS knows how to fix it, they just don't care.
2. ZoS has no idea how to fix the issue.

Both are equally as bad, and none of them show a bright future for us.

3. Its the EU which is not NA and so by default does not matter.

Took me a bit by suprise how bad the performance was even in the late afternoon playing today.

I mean, I'm not exactly willing to spend money on ESO+ when the servers feel like we're running a bootleg on a potato, I'm not exactly willing to buy crowns when I have no idea how long I can access whatever I purchase with them before the server catches fire, and I don't feel like preordering Elseweyr when all the consideration we get is "look, we're gonna mess up everything you've worked for years by changing some races super drastically, but hey at least here's more tokens so you can change your characters entirely, and let's forget about the server issues, yes ?".

Instead of friendly reminders about bumping discussions about EU server performance in past week it might be helpful to get an official statement about what is going on and how is ZOS progressing with fixing the issue.
I know there is no easy and instant fix to the problem, but some actuall communication between developer and players would be much appreciated. Simple "we know about poor EU performance and investigating whats wrong" is much better than nothing.
