At the moment there are just a few vampires in the game , since the game just came out , the skill that lets you bite another player to give them the skill line , is pretty high , so you will need to be a bit more patient until more vampires get to level their tree.
Then again , i might be wrong , since i see people running around with lvl 40+ characters
