Is there a way to keep my mouse curssor onscreen so i can click my powers during combat

i know numbers are easyer but i was very sucesful in another game with this style and wanted to know
when combat starts my mouse cursor disappears is there anyway to keep my mouse cursor always on top so i can click powers with mouse during combat?

I fear not, after all you do target with your cursor (well, with moving your mouse). combat is a little different to point and click in eso.
edit: you could use a mouse with extra buttons, tho. It does take a little training to get the skills timing right, but it makes life easier for those blessed with small hands.

Yes. A lot if people use controllers. It is a very console friendly game. Pc has controller support.
Eso is not a game where you can be a "clicker" like in wow.0 -
iiYuki✭✭✭✭✭No I dont think there are even add-ons that let you do it, easiest option (or closest to what you want) is either use a console controller or a mouse with the extra buttons on the side."Play how you want... unless its not how we intended you to play in which case we'll nerf it".
