Game Constantly Crashes

blackmamba
So I dont know what is the deal with this POS company, but why are there so many bad bugs and quest problems.

The latest problem is that the game crashes like every 15 minutes. THere are random screen freezes for 3 seconds and BSODs. Please fix the problem and stop ignoring us. It is getting annoying that all you care about is your subscription fees.

    Answer my question

    Just had two more crashes...

What is the point of sending in crash reports if you don't even fix it or even have teh common courtesy to acknowledge the problem.

Behaving like an insolent child rarely elicits a response from those in the know.

The problems are not being ignored and the developers are looking into client stability issues. Submit bug reports as best you can and be patient.

    There's your answer.

    No crashes at all here.

Perhaps ZOS gave you a special client download for being so supportive, constructive, and patient in all your threads?

the request apart from being rude and all is completely unhelpful as to what you are doing your pc specs your driver versions etc etc

it could just as much be your hardware and drivers that are causing it over anything else.

No one could diagnose and fix your problem with that description and with the attitude no one would want to try

Zero crashes here for myself or my husband. I had a few lockups which were fixed by changing the file in the My Documents section for ESO.

A BSOD is unlikely to happen from ESO. Sure, it absolutely could happen (overtaxing your computer/overheated/not high enough specs AKA too demanding on your system) but I would look to your own computer for the root cause of the BSOD which is definitely far more easier said than done.

Throwing a temper tantrum on the forums is not going to entice somebody to help you. It's understandable that you're upset, but it is far easier to lay out your situation and hope that a fresh pair of eyes will see a problem that you are not.

Your computer could be the problem. It could be a software related issue that is unrelated to ESO. It could be ESO. There is no way to tell. Computers are complex, it isn't like we (Or support) can point at any one given issue and go, "There's your fix."

Use your words and give more specifics. Otherwise, you'll have to deal with it, or figure out the problem on your own. "IT DOESN'T WORK!" is not helpful to you, for me, or for anyone else.
