I’ve been using the Razer Trinity for about 7 months now and not had any problems. It’s pretty responsive and not had any issues with bindings. I think the Synapse 3 software used to be a bit flaky, but recent versions have been pretty stable.
If you want to try something non-Razer I’ve heard good things about the Corsair Scimitar Pro and the Titanwolf Gauntlet which are similar to the Naga

The SteelSeries seems nice, did you map all the buttons? How? The extra top buttons are really cool, yes!

Razer Naga Hex v2
Yes I know Hex is 6 but it has 7 buttons on the side so not overwhelming. You can have all your skills bount place ultimate and potion.
I think the Razor mice are a scam. After owning a couple I decided to try the Logitech...and it performs quite a bit better in my opinion....and it only costs $35-45. It's not an mmo mouse, it only has seven programmable buttons, but that's two more than I use. (i'm using the logitech G502)
I'll never go back to razor mice. I can buy three Logitechs for the same price, and I like the Logitech better.
Lucky sod. I wish I lived 1k km away from my gf. If you're reading this darling then someone hacked my account again.
