Are daily rewards supposed to reset if you relog without claiming?????

I didn't claim the reward as the first character i logged in on, because i decided to give it to another, and the counter seems to have been reseted without getting the item.
Is it a bug or a (weird) feature?
I returned to the game during the end of last month and was delighted about these rewards, so i made a commitment to get everything from now on.
But since my first month seems to have fallen flat so early because of this weird behaviour, I am very sad now...
Even if this is intended, an answer would still help.

✭✭A decline option would be nice if you don't want a particulare reward cluttering up your inventory (like poisons/food/drink) so you can take the next reward the next day.1 -

Yeah. And when I log in and see AP reward and want it for a new character I have to sit there and think if it's worth waiting 24 hours for it.0 -

I was about to grab the 4th reward (3 soul gems) with the character i logged in first with, when i decided to accept them with another character, and after changing characters these same soul gems are back on 24 hours wait.
So since you and some other people seem to be able to switch freely, i think it MUST be a bug.Cthulhu is coming, look busy0 -

✭✭I have ten characters at various levels (all but one under 50, so most of the rewards are still useful to me to some degree), so I try to note what the next day's reward is going to be so that I log-in first with the character whom I want to have that reward, just to save the hassle of logging-out and logging back in, and W A I T I N G through all of the frickin' loading screens again.
But sometimes I can't remember what that particular day's reward is supposed to be, and I log-in with the wrong character.
When that happens, I don't claim the reward, and log-out, then log back in with the character I want, and claim the reward.
Up to this point, I haven't had the rewards reset on me during that process as you are describing.
(Not saying it can't happen, but just that I haven't experienced that issue.)1 -

If so, that would explain losing a day. If not, likely a bug.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS1 -

✭✭✭I had the same yesterday . I logged in, did not claim and relogged and the reward was set back to 12 hours. This was around 11:30 am CET, so many hours before the reset.

The reward was still available on my wife's account. So to test it, I did not claim there as well. Relogged , and no longer claimable.
If this is not a bug, it is a weird feature. The reward should be claimable during the entire day. Not if you don't claim reset it's timer to the next day.

Number_51✭✭✭✭✭Got to be a bug, or at least not a PS4 issue. I switch characters all the time for all types of different rewards. I'll pick up gold or cosmetics/pets/mounts on any char, Tel Var goes to one specific char, AP goes to a few specific chars in rotation, and most consumables go to whichever char I'm leveling at the time.0 -

I play on both servers so the first couple times I assumed I had made an error in logging, but once I paid attention, yes, sometimes the rewards reset when you relog.
There have been other threads about this besides the one up-thread but on mobile now so can't find it.
I recall the issue there was also if you log in, empty character inventory, then delete the character the rewards become unavailable.Xbox NA/EU

If they haven't changed it, accepting AP on a below level 10 character will unlock the assault skill line so you can grab rapids. It is useful for mules or if you've just gotten use to using rapids to get around town quicker.Proud member of the Psijic Order - The first wave - The 0.016%0 -
