that would make the meta even tankier.. perhaps remove the minor protection, triple the radius and let it have evasion + roll cost + stamina recovery. I think this would give it more of a situational use, instead of just being another minor protection source.

The evasion aoe reduction syncs well with the roll dodge too, allowing aoe to deal less and more frequent dodges to dodge direct attacks, an overall great increase in your defenses but not a default x% decrease, it would be ugly for shuffle users though, as they have evasion. minor evasion seems weak, though.

Cut the cost in half
Add a HoT to the base skill that lingers for a few seconds after leaving the circle.
Turn Undead gets a DoT instead of a HoT with extra damage on Undead/Daedra and longer duration.
Circle of Restoration increases the HoT potency.
