Did the performance improved?

Some months ago I tried to get back to ESO. Popped launcher, to my suprise it did not bugged out, logged in, started to look around in Craglorn and my fps continuously were dropping to 35-40 while GPU and/or CPU usage did not went past 50%. Nothing major on screen, just my character running around.

Did it got better or worse?

i5-6500 3.2GHz
Nvidia 1070
16GB RAM
Usually ping is around 80.

Since Dragonbones ESO has lost about 10 FPS for me. At DB I could do every vMOL encounter at rock solid 60 fps (very hard, requires a monster computer, which I have got).

Now sometimes I can get spikes down to 48 FPS and an average of 55 FPS at Twins

In the last month on PS4 it has gotten worse, I never had lag outside of Cyro but now I am getting lag bar swapping and when in combat damaging an enemy, unresponsive skills just in overworld content.

I am direct connected and would go back to PC in a heart beat if I wasnt playing ESO with my wife who is am avid PS4 player. However I feel it's no better there than in PS4 especially when I am on the PTS testing.

There is horrible lag since the last server maintenance. Game is almost unplayable.

Doesn't matter if you're on an i9 9990k or a pencil case calculator performance will be the same once you join Cyrodiil (since launch) or any PvE instance (since last maintenance).

Performance is worse than ever, even on the greatest of kit.

All I have done for the last six weeks is login, get my daily rewards, train my horse riding on alts, and log out. There is very little point proceeding to serious gameplay at the moment.

Just logged in and while running fps drops to 45-50 in town.
But hey at least I got HUGE pop up saying to visit crown store and buy crown crates so that is good thing, right?

Hate to write it but this time I'm out for good! What a fun(thanks to community) and frustrating(thanks to endless bugs/exploits/bot trains and balance changes) ride it was.
