Best healer race for competitive scores

I have heard of some groups who want the healer to wear Hircine's Veneer to help out with all stam dd sustain. So Breton might help with with magick sustain in this case.

I wouldn’t say you’re supposed to do that. 99% of healers are better off with a Breton, Altmer, Argonian, or even Khajiit.

The specific question was about pushing scores, and there is only 1 race with a passive that slightly increases the DPS of an entire group. Nords really offers nothing else for healing, and will therefore be the hardest race to do so successfully.
