Block cost bug [Not working Sturdy trait, not working enchantement shield-play on rings]

what i have:
Epic chest Sturdy 3.5%
Epic gloves Sturdy 3.5%
Epic boots Sturdy 3.5%
Epic shield Sturdy 3.5%
Legendary Shoulders Sturdy 4% Mighty Chudan
Legendary Helm Sturdy 4% Mighty Chudan
2xEpic ring with legendery glyph - 203 block cost
Shadow ward 84 point -24.4% block cost

My block cost in stat window - 665.
Test with 1 mob shows that blocking spent ~490-500 stamina

If i unequip this items:
Legendary Shoulders Sturdy 4%
Legendary Helm Sturdy 4%
2xEpic ring with legendery glyph - 203 block cost each

My block cost in stat window - 665!

Ok. now change legendary helm and shoulders (4% block cost x2) to epic helm and shoulders (3.5% block cost x2) and get 611 block cost in stat window (with only epic shoulder or helm - block cost 638).
Make a conclusion what Sturdy trait in Legendary Monster set not working.

enchantment on ring not working. with this all item should get 611-6(1%the differences between epic and legendary trait(0.5% x2)-203(one ring)-203(second ring)=199 block cost.
But i have 665!!!

Well, its not in the base game. The only thing worse you can do than trust tooltip is to trust tooltips of addons. In your original post, you even proved that the addon was not calculating correctly.

What you are experiencing now is diminishing returns, the more block cost reduction you stack. The less effective it reduces.

(CP % always rounds down)

With 2 Enchants on Rings:
((110 + 25*66 + (-406))*(1 - .22)*(1 + -.24))*(1 + 0 + (-.36) + 0)*(1 +0)

(1354*(0.78)*(0.76))*(0.64)=513

Without 2 Enchants on Rings:
((110 + 25*66 + 0)*(1 - .22)*(1 + -.24))*(1 + 0 + (-.36) + 0)*(1 +0)
(1760*(0.78)*(0.76))*(0.64)=667

667-513=154 Reduced cost of block with 2 Enchant rings.
