So I decided to just make a new character, and I'm finally happy with him. He is my main.

What I am not sure about, is that, can the storylines of Main Quest/Summerset/Morrowind/Orsinium/Dark Brotherhood/Thieves Guild, be completed with a character of any level?

I am not talking about dungeons, but the stories taking place in the overland.

TIA

You can do any zone/story content at any level, your character is scaled up to C160 in power and gradually loses the scaling as you reach each level.

The only content which has a level requirement is Veteran Dungeons as these are balanced around C160 characters, but can still be done by skilled players with good builds.

Thanks, I'll get right to it then. I have a lot of story to discover over the coming months!

    Yes.

While you may not have the skill points to fully skill out your character, as long as you have some gear near your character level, you can handle any battles for the story content. Although the last couple of DB battles are a bit tough.

If you have some dropped set gear on level, you will be stupid powerful.

Also, story content and gathering skyshards along the way us the quickest route to 150 skill points which means you can fully skill out for combat.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

BTW, start with the original zones stories first, then do the DLC content.

If you're someone who cares about it there is a technical order that the story goes in, however it's not vital that you do it in that order.

    Very basic overview is.
Base Game Story/Alliance Zones (chapter 1)
Orsinium > Dark Brotherhood > Morrowind > Clockwork City > Summerset (chapter 2)
    Murkmire > Elsweyr > 2019 DLC (chapter 3)

Other DLC is free to fit in anywhere and doesn't make major references to previous events.

Also if I missed anything then someone please correct me.

You can go anywhere at anytime (as long as you own it), at any level. One of the best parts of this game. :)

I do care, and you just saved me a Google search, so again, many thanks!

You should check this thread from @VaranisArano as it gives a great overview of the quest orders. https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/413807/what-order-should-i-do-esos-story-arcs-a-guide
