I get a Fatal Error 12 when I hit PLAY. I have repaired and re-downloaded....what is up?

I get the same issue i think it may because of an integrated graphics card i read over the known issues in http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/61626/please-read-first-known-technical-issues-pc#latest

I noticed the program see only my low power gft.driver also if I have set the PC to use only the high performance nvidia!

I was told to repair...but that hasn't worked yet

Still no solution i have contacted the Elder scrolls team they got back to me told me to repair the launcher and download the launcher again however still no solution haven't heard from them in over 12 hours.
