Is there any way to boost Invigorating Drain for pve mag dps

I have tried Soulshine and Vampire Lord.
The damage numbers are around 11k crit. Not nearly enough damage for consideration. Are there any other sets that could help this skill more without neglecting other skills and buff this skill more.
I realize its a bad skill. But its a lore character and I have to stick to theme.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

✭✭✭✭You've pretty much nailed it with Soulshine and Vampire Lord, but you could also try adding Molag Kena to amp up Invigorating Drain even more. Since your build is a lore build, you could think of the character Molag Kena as a worthy adversary that you conquered to acquire the helm.
According to lore, "Molag Kena is a powerful Xivkyn who has been masquerading as the Empress regent, Clivia Tharn. She can be found at the White-Gold Tower Pinnacle at the end of the dungeon, in which she reveals herself and fights you."

Sounds like Molag Kena has some vampire traits of illusion (the masquerading).1 -

Indeed, spell crit cp should work the same for dpsing
