JohnT379Soul ShrivenSeveral times now, I have been unable to log on at times when I want to. Twice I've had to switch off my Mac because the server has become stuck on "loading" my character into the new zone. Once it was hung for more than 2 hours before I switched it off. That seems to indicate to me that the servers and the client software can't even handle IP timeouts in a satisfactory or reasonable way.
AND as ESO Plus subscriber I think I and the other subscribers should be financially recompensed for the dreadfully poor service which we are currently getting from Bethesda/Zenimax Online. Anyone want to start a class action? or approach the EU for a court injunction?2 -

there must be a big IGNORE button at ZOS and it's hard to read the letters because its worn down1 -

They weren't really working as they should though, people were complaining of very high latency in BGs and the same was happening in dungeons making them unplayable

Well it could be other factors location, area maybe something with the server itself or something else. We don't own eso they do. They allow us to buy into it but they can take away that service at any time. They can take away any part of said service or cut people off without any warning or telling them what is happening. Unless its something major like every day its happening I don't think a lawsuit will do you any good. As you still get most of those days with your subscription. If they wanted too they can add on an extra day for those on the eu server but that would mean an extra day for the na servers as I believe the subscription is tied to both through their website. So even if you have no access to eu you still have access to na or vice versa if na is having the problems and eu is not. One thing (maybe more) I learned in the last 25 years in IT (maintaining, programming, servicing etc.) - computer tech is no exact science. A reboot very often fixes stuff (but not always). I had servers running several years (4-digit number of days uptime), which hung one day for no reason and went on for years after a quick reboot.
(note: that was "back in the days", when hackers were just a myth and you could run a mailserver as open relay and everyone would be happy and no one would abuse it...)1 -
