Today i received an email from ESO@mailer.elderscrollsonline.com advertising something about an exclusive tshirt.

i followed the next instructions:

1. Log in at help.elderscrollsonline.com (If you are unable to log in, please see this help article for instructions)
2. Click My Support at the top of the page
3. Scroll down to the Codes section to reveal your code
4. Head to the Bethesda Merchandise Store (NA or EU) & redeem your code before January 31st.
5. Buy your exclusive T-Shirt!

when i reached the shop to buy the tshirt i was asked to pay 523,602,381.00 EUR

wtf is this?

out of curiosity i added it to the cart and they are really trying to bill 523,602,381.00 EUR for 1 tshirt! :open_mouth:

    It was a promotion not a sale. The price and redeem code was set so ESO players could get 1 (and only 1) shirt.

    If you saw that price then you did not follow instructions properly or the instructions are not correct. The price is a normal price for a t-shirt.

    And as stated above it was just a promotion. Not sure why someone seemed to expect a free t-shirt.

    I got this email too. Also, there is no FREE indrik mount as stated in the email, or do you have to buy the shirt to get the indrik? @ZOS_GinaBruno
