    I’m not one to complain but the complete lack of Comms is shocking. I wonder if the everyone EU side just unsubbed for a month if they might change their approach?

    I think EU gets timely information on other languages than English because they actually had to hire Europeans to administer those forums. English support can be handled by Americans. It is a shame Finnish isn't more popular or I would get timely support with my native language.

    I am new ESO player and I subscribed to ESO Plus yesterday and this is my first experience with ESO service.

    Is this service time and delay something new or does this happen often during the maintenance? I hardly played since I subscribed!

    Almost 30 mins late now. Thanks once again zos for proving you don’t care about the EU side of things . Give us some communication it’s the least you could do.

    well lately this wasnt that horrible like now...but much before that was on the agenda - that was average weakly maitenance and I see ZOS have back to their ESO roots - maitenance taking full day each week

    Lol, EU servers dont run on W10, they run on W98, u use the wrong update screen.

    It's kind of unclear, there should be an official thread easy to access about the downtime. It would avoid all the spam on the forum ^^

    Of course they're having "unexpected" issues, so we need 8 more hours of maintenance, as always.

    Can we assume they use the same hardware on both sides of the Atlantic? If so, why does one side need a software update and the other not? I would have assumed they would deploy the same software to both sites as, after all, it's needed to provide the same game for both populations, or is that too simplistic?

    ALL the EU servers being down for almost a complete working day ??!! I'm an infrastructure architect for enterprise applications. Now Games are generally more complex I get it, but in this day and age not having a rolling upgrade plan or cloud ready infrastructure to deal with this during normal working hours for the DEVs is not the best idea..

    Too bad that this one takes way too long this week.
    Especially if you look at the hours of the day, why can't this be done between 4AM CET and 10AM CET ?? so that they are ready around lunchbreak time so people can do a quick chore during lunch before returing for some more serious grinding in the afternoon/evening?

    In the US the times look much more favorable I must say !

    Anyway there is heaps to complain but I'd also like to thank the engineers and devs @ Bethesda for their hard work to bring us hours full of joy!

    However being a bit more mindful of your customers on the management side of the planboard wouldn't hurt anyone !!

    If it fixes 15+ minutes loading screens for delves (and generally instances) good....if not...start a revolution, heard Frenchies are good at that.
