As for PVE.. She isn't my PVE toon but may attempt at some point but wondering how one is built for PVE incase I do..
as for PVP.. I currently have it setup as x5 Rattlecage / x2 Slimecraw / x5 Desert Rose with inferno staff and resto staff

purpleshadez✭✭✭There are a few options, Here are some I can think of for PVE:
Monstersets:
Zaan, Skoria
Body Sets:
Siroria, Moon Dancer, Burning Spellweave, Master Architect
Front bar sets:
Mothers Sorrow (AoE used in most cases), Spell Strategist (single target fights).
