Buff nightblades and snipe.

Nightblades are underperforming. They always get kicked from trials by magdens and magdks. They always get killed in 2 seconds and barely do any damage in pvp. Please ZOS do this to solve this issue:
Increase duration of cloak by 30 seconds.
Increase damage of surprise attack and other morphs by 60%
Decrease ult cost of incap by 30%
Make killers blade and other morphs execute activate at 70% health
Increase damage of snipe by 80% and make it instant
Delete dks wings
Delete sorcs
This will fix nightblades and make them usefull.

✭✭Need to also buff fear. It’s so infuriating watching my helpless opponent slowly run away so I have to CHASE Them and ENTIRE 2-3 feet. This is ridiculous. I actually have to chase my enemy so I can incap/bow them. Fear also needs a range buff. I need to be able to fear people 28 meters away so they don’t come close to detecting me while I’m cloaked. I get so scared when I’m cloaked and someone comes withit 28 meters of me. I shouldn’t have to put up with such imbalance.1 -

Make snipe instant.
Make fear stun then run.
Make surprise attack conal aoe.
Make killers blade do +500% damage.
Make shade summon 4 shadows.
