Multiple chat windows

I want my chat tabs to be able to be separated so they are their own individual chat windows. Is this possible? Is there an addon for it?

This Khajiit would love it to be able to have one chat window for /z, /g1-5 and a second window for /g and tells. The current setup is trying to watch one fish in a sea of fish. So much text flying by, so hard to watch everything and play.
