5pcs Daedly Strike, 5pcs Relequen (may be changeable with other sets) and vMA weapons front and backbar.
Daedly strike is IMO the core of the build, since stamDK has so many dots, and most of them can be buffed by vMA DW
You will have to play a pretty static rotation aswell, to make maximum use of the weapons.
and yes it is sustainable, especially on redguard you should have no trouble at all when running solo content.
also Orc is pretty good, since you use a lot of weapon skills, the sustain passive will proc often.
Adding to this: enchantments inherit the damage type of the skill they get procced by. So if a dot procs your enchant, it will benefit from deadly strike as well.

vMA DW only buffs single target dots. While single target dots don't trigger enchantments. Therefore you are misguiding.
Also I don't even know where you got that information from (the inherit part). Can I please see a source?

I was talking about deadly strike, not cruel flurry. So how am I misleading?
It's easily testable. Put down endless hail with no points in thaumaturge and observe the enchant damage you have on the bow.
Then put points into it and observe the damage again. You'll see that enchantments benefit from thaumaturge whenever they are procced from a ground aoe, and therefore are considered a DoT I that case. Do the same with light attacks and it will scale with Master at Arms.
