Will necro be sold in crown store?

Since i have to interest in seeing the khajiit homelands (other than to see them burn). Will I be able to buy necro in the crown store? Without the purchase of Elsweyr.

    Probably not for awhile , like what they did with the warden class a few patches later

    Thanks for the responses. I wasn't sure if warden was available right away , I pre-ordered morrowind.

    It will most likely not be. New expansion, new content is generally all in 1

    As others have said, if the Warden is anything to go by, it'll be in the Crown Store a year later, when they break apart the chapter.
