So i purchased ESO Plus form the Xbox Store and decided to cancel it for a full refund a few days later, i resubbed to ESO plus again (because i am odd) and i got 1650 crowns both times even though i only technically paid for 1 month. Now i am probably going to get banned for trying to cheat or something. Good times.

    Spend it on Crown Soul gems. Cant go wrong there.
