How do you get the set pieces? I opened at least 30 rewards for the worthy and did any pieces. So is it a vendor that sells the pieces?

Go to Cropsford. Capture the town. Find the elite gear vendor on one of the flags. Use AP to buy Unknown Curse Eater items.

Sell them in guild trader for phat cash.
