This thing has been in effect for quite a while now and it hasn't affected anything.

There is no pay to win in the game, it's simply not possible. There are no Crown Store exclusive items that will make you stronger, and gold only speeds up gearing up, which is in no way gamebreaking.

I just... I don't... I can't even do this anymore
