Voice Chat gone for 2 days

I have not had voice chat for two days. Any channel showing will disappear as soon as I try to select them to the point that no chat channels even exist. I have restarted the PS4 multiple times, shut it down multiple times, restarted the game, and reloaded UI. What's the fix? This sucks.
