Quickest way to level an alt?

I haven't leveled an alt in like a year. What seems to be the quickest way to level one?

It's a stam warden. I know I need caltrops and fighters guild stuff. Is pvp leveling fast? I know that would kind of kill two birds with one stone.

Any suggestions is great. I have 9 scrolls for 150% additional exp and full training gear as well.

Fastest way is master alchemey writs. Nothing else even comes close.

I would do random battlegrounds then go find a good undead zone and grind there so you can level fighters guild after you get caltrops/vigor it is what I always do.

Use TTC and check for the writs. Now, admittedly, you may not find the writs where TTC says they will be (because if it's something a lot of folks are looking for, they tend to be gone by the time you get there) but at least you will get a fairly good estimate of what that number of writs will cost you.

I'm not buying them myself, as I have so many alts in various stages.... I don't care about speed-leveling, I'm just in it for the grind. Over the past week I did see (guild traders in Vivec City) one master ww writ for 60k (I figure it was one NO ONE wanted to mess with) and one jewelry one for 300k.

They are generally 3k up to 5k for the 5 vouchers. Takes half as many if u plan during and xp even.

You will need abouy 600k in write unless u do durning an xp event.

I used full xp training gear an xp scroll that was 150% xp boost and did during xp event. I lvl 2 toons.

You can also run dolmen for an hour or two then do a random normal and the a few bgs and then it will take less writs.

I really have all the ground work done... i dont recommend this route unless you have been playing for a while.. and your all set up...

Because to be fair. You have to have the gold and u have to have the alchemey plants and what not.

I would find a dolmens group for the first few lvls .. then do a random normal and some bgs.

Random normals give the most xp iirc. U can only do one a day tho

Collect a bunch of finished quests...…… use a scroll, then hand them in :)

Not the most efficient way but it works :)

If you are not scared by PVP do the story in IC, then do the dailies...….. again use some kind of xp boost before handing quests in...….. there are 6 relatively easy dailies :)

Random dungeons + training gear + xp scroll, you'd level up 2-3 times per run depending on the xp scroll, On top of that you'd level up undaunted plus get skill points if u do the quest. Once you hit level 45 do the main Harborage quests for the xp/skill points, and knock out some public dungeons for skyhards/skill points.

I found this to be the most relaxing since I'm tired of grinding, and done so much alt leveling(x2) since I switch to PC from XB1. I never did leveling in PvP so I can't comment on it or compare it, but since you need clatraps and vigor I would recommend knocking those out first.

Random daily BG and normal dungeons
Using free exp scrolls from lvl up rewards and daily logins before u get the EXP bonus from daily dungeons
Using event EXP buff (sadly u missed best time as haloween and end of year always have those buffs - I managed to get 7 lvls by doing 1 random normal)

I don't know since i don't have any alt or interested to level. Loyal to my one and only
History, like a human being, is thirsty when it wakes from its slumber…History wants to drink up an enormous amount of blood. And even if history has tired of drinking blood, that’s only in regards to the amount. But what about quality? The larger the sacrifice is, the more delighted the cruel gods will be.

I recently levelled pretty quickly a new warden.
I skipped the tutorial so started at level 3, crafted all training gear, used XP Scrolls and then just joined the Dolmen runs in Alik'r desert.
At level 10 I joined PVP to get Rapids, then went back to the Dolmen runs until I had levelled up fighters guild.
It is boring as hell, but it levels the skills on your bar very quickly, so it gives you the option to swap weapons and level up more than one skill-line.
It's decent XP and it also drops a tonne of jewelry for you to deconstruct too. It's also mindless so you can pay very little attention.
If I got very bored I'd jump into a random dungeon finder queue, each new dungeon gives a huge amount of xp, and usually levelled me 2-3 levels each time.
