Unlink ESO from Steam

Hello i bought ESO via steam back in august 2018, or there abouts. I would LOVE to be able to unlink from steam, meaning i would never need to launch steam to play ESO again. Is this possible? Is it possible if i buy a complete new game, meaning you move all my toons to that account?
