    Useless poll is useless. Stated directly by Gina that it is considered to be an exchange of in-game currencies and does not violate the ToS.

    Regrettably, the thread has been moved, but you'll find Gina Bruno's response at the bottom of page 5 here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/417563/moved/p5 and her clarification on page 7.

    Its allowed. Its highly encouraged that you do the trade through the in game chat and/or take screenshots so there is a record of it in game if you get scammed and have to contact support to get it worked out.

    if i get scammed i would just delete the game instead of bothering support over my stupidity :D

    No it isn't and ZOS are NOT responsible and don't have any obligations to protect or refund you if you're scammed and have no proof. I believe there was an official answer floating around I saw recently about this from an official ZOS account replying to a similar question but I can't remember where.
