Is it possible to make an addon to “customize” your class amd race?

Of course it is not real classes and races, but for rp purpose.
Just adding skills you can use to a customized “class” and “racial” skill line under skill tab, and hide the original one. （add a botton to make them appear so you can still use or spend points on them)
Also customize the skills name and tooltip
Also change the class and race on your character tab （Tho I don't think changing the ones on your character selection screen is possible）

I didn't say anything about 3D visuals. What I am talking about are all on user interface, I just don't know if the modability allow to the extent I mention in the post0
