A rather simple QOL suggestion
Make scars separate from tattoos and paints, that way you can have war paint AND scars rather than being limited to one or the other.

✭And while you are at it: Paint is ON skin. So any kind of (often) black or colorful lines should be visible very good on pale skin. Tattoos, too - no tan to obscure them. But in ESO they are not.
Give us players who have vampire chars a reason to spend money on paints and tattoos please!
