Very Loud When Game Starts

So I know this is probably just something that hasn't been implemented, but the title cards when the game loads (Zenimax, Bethesda, Havoc) play at Max volume no matter what you have configured the in-game volume settings to.
I'm not sure if it's intended to work this way, or if this will ever be changed, but it's already woken up my roommate a couple times when I forget to turn my volume down until the game loads or mash Esc really fast once the game loads.
