Is it possible to have 2 builds?

I was wondering if you get enough skill points to be able to have 2 builds, DPS/ tank. I want to go DPS but I also want to tank. Some mmo's only give you enough points to be great at one but only ok at another. Do you get enough points to almost max out both ardent flame AND draconic power plus whatever weapon skills and passives, or at least enough to get the skills you need?

Saviq✭Once you collected all skyshards etc it is easily doable. You could even use 3 or 4 builds and switch the bars around.0
