I think the sale is over now, but there was another outfit slot sale running the last two days. That makes 4 months in a row they have discounted the outfit slot about halfway through the month. Keep that in mind if you ever plan to buy one!

They need to either make them account wide or much cheaper.

The problem is I cannot think of any time in reference to the crown store that ZOS has held up their hands and said, yes we got it wrong and then changed the price to something halfway sensible.

Even if they trot out the excuse of but people have already paid at the old price, converting slots to account wide means they don't lose out and if they drop the price then refunding will easily be covered by the new sales and probably a chunk of the refunded crowns would just go into more character slots, these were the people who were prepared to pay anyway. They'll want more.

Putting them on sale is just painting lipstick on a pig, still a pig.

To me it means hold off buying them. They are desperate to sell them.

I don't care how many times they put them on sale, if they aren't account wide I'm not buying. I don't want to hear "they can't do it" bull crap either.

5 or even 6 Sales - if I am not mistaken - within the last 6 months for the Outfit-Slots, where prices droped from 1.500 C's to 750 C's. I am sure some people bought *a few* Slots but I would still guess that the majority did not, since even a price of 750 C's is still too expensive :( .

Its time for ZOS to realize on the one hand that regarding how Slots are unlocked (per Char) the pricing was and still is way off from what it should have been and on the other hand regarding how much an unlock costs (1.500 Crowns) the way Slots are unlocked (per Char) isn't the best way.

Since they (ZOS) have had so many Sales, its time for ZOS to face reality and make the necessary changes. In my opinion they now have two (2) possible choices:
    1. They can leave the price at 1.500 Crowns per unlock, but must change the unlock(s) from *per Char* to *account-wide*.
    2. They can leave the *unlock per Char*, but must reduce the price from 1.500 Crowns to at least 500 Crowns per unlock.

But with both options they would have to face a huge problem. That problem would be the question what to do with those who have already bought unlocks for all their Chars or at least so many unlocks that ZOS would have to give them some sort of compensation, since they spent more Crowns as they would have with those changes. Certainly, ZOS could give those Players a credit note, but that would mean loosing money.
Thats why I personally think that this is the major reasons why ZOS isn't going to make any changes to how much an unlock will cost or how an unlock will be applied (per Char or account-wide). They don't want to face an uproar/*** coming from all Players/Customers, which would most certainly follow, if they would apply such changes without reimbursing them :| .

But still. We can keep up asking over and over and over ... and over again, since it won't cost us anything B) . With some luck ZOS may change something ;) .

    Best regards
