Dark Elf lava damage

So they had this passive for years and i wonder is it also applicable to the battleground's lava. Does that count? The flavor passive? Because if it is, then it saved me a lot of times. (never tested it because fights were intense)

Pretty sure the passive protects against all lava, no matter where you are. It's super useful in certain dungeons and trials. I've never tried it in Battlegrounds, though.

Nope, pvp lava is other type of damage so being dunmer wont save from OP pvp lava.

I was in that lava more then once as Dark elf and it hurts

i mean yeah it still hurts, but does it 50percent less hurt compared to the other races or same?

unfortunately i cant enter the game nowadays so i cant test it.

Why isn't this stuff obvious from the notes amazes me so much stuff we have to work out. Hence id assume.it does unless i hear otherwise!

I played as a Dunmer Vampire for years and have tons of experience 'playing' in lava.

Yes you will take less damage from Lava but only Environmental Lava and it will still hurt you. Due to the passive though you can 'essentially' walk casually in lava but you will have to spam heal yourself a decent amount. If you are a vampire though, like me though you'll find lava to be abit more troublesome prior to becoming one.

So, yes it still hurts and can still kill you but its not as bad as other races.

That's not in doubt @1mirg the query is PvP lava, battlegrounds etc

The only exception may be the lava in Blood Root Forge as is generally works differently than other lava in the game. But I don't see why the lava in Cyrodiil would be working differently than the lava in any other place in Tamriel. And if it's not different in Cyrodiil, it shouldn't be different in Battlegrounds either. So yeah, it deals less damage I think.

I played the same dunmer vampire too. and ive been in battlegrounds lava too many times accidentally while trying to roll away and always thought i usually survive that lava damage because im a dark elf. But never been able to confirm that because i didnt really play any other race, so i cant compare.

Anyway. Most people are saying it does count, so.. i guess ill accept that.
