All classes and races are "dead" - what to play?

Basically every possible build in the game is not working, they're all underperforming and could need some buffs. I mean I think even the upcoming Magcro and Stamcro are already dead when I read the forums correctly...
I mean on top of that not only classes are dead. Races are dead too, the upcoming racial changes will kill almost every race according to this forum.
What is ZOS even doing? Destroying their game or what? So what can someone play in this game that is not dead and actually fun to play?

✭✭✭✭✭My wood elf sorc is going be add more mobility and scouting capabilities so not dead though make negate a real healing ultimate.
My imperial is going to have nearly a free self heal and blocking and bashing will cost less.
My Breton do
is probably meta now with it helping with obvious sustain issues for dk healers.
My Orc makes for interesting sorc tank with way to generate stamina and health resources between blocking.
My redguard nightblade is still powerful 2 years later.
My stamina healer khajit now makes a perfect hybrid.
My dark elf ... good thing I never play you...2 -

What do you have in your Stam healer? As a healer main role, I always wanted to go there with stamina but only kinda manage with Templars, for vigor and repentance. Granted, 75% crits and tooltip vigor at almost 13k, but still... Too little to be called good.0 -
