It says that release date for Elsweyr is 4th of June, and early access i 20th of May.

So when will I be able to play it? What do I need to do to get early access?

    Necro comes with the start of the early access yes.
    If you dont buy Elsweyr you will still be able to fight / play together with necro players
    But you will not be able to create one

    Only for chapter cause if you dont preorder you're gonna wait with us console player until the 4th
