Do I Lose Access to DLC Content?

I signed up to ESO Plus to get access to the DLCs and apparently this DOES NOT cover the new chapters (I bought Summerset prior to becoming and ESO Plus member)

Do I lose access to the DLCs if I don't renew? Just weighing all my options.

Yes unless you have bought any with Crowns then you will still have access to those

That said, you'll still have all the personal things you unlocked.. skill lines, collectables, equipment, etc. You just can't go back to the DLC zones.

as noted above by previous posters, you would lose access to all DLC's that you didn't purchase outright through the crown store, but also keep in mind the semi-fluid status of chapters vs. DLC's ...

    - morrowind was released as a chapter, and you initially had to buy it to have it, so if you did so either by buying the MW version of the game, or as an upgrade to previous versions, you would still keep access to it...however, it's now categorized as a dlc, so if you didn't buy it outright, and have been accessing it through ESO+ based on it's current status as a dlc, then you would lose access to it...(unless purchase of summerset also included morrowind, i'm not certain how that was offered up by zos)

    - at this time summerset is still categorized as a chapter and not a dlc, so as you have access to it now, you will keep access to it.

    Yes.
ESO+ only gives you access to DLCs while you have an active membership, after it ends all benefits from ESO+ are gone.

That kinda makes eso+ a worse option than buying them outright to some degree....maybe they should change it so u definetly get the chapters after a certain time of being eso+ member

Thank you for all the answers, I'm still not sure what I'll end up doing but at least now I can make an informed decision

Actually, you can do just that, as you get 1650 Crowns per month of ESO+. After some time you can buy all the DLC's with the saved Crowns. The DLC's often go on significant sale during their anniversaries too.

Your costume dye will also stay, so make sure you dyed all your costumes the way you wanted before it runs out as you can't change those without ESO+.
Similarly, since the furniture and item store limit in your bank get increased with ESO+, those items are not lost and can be withdrawn, however they can not be put back in as long as your bank/house exceeds the item/furniture limit.
