Purchased Staff From Guild Store Not Showing In Inventory

Help!!! I just spent 6k gold on a lvl 35 purple staff from a guild vendor and it's not showing up in my inventory. Is it because I am only LVL 25? I didn't do anything, equip or destroy it is not showing in my inventory and my gold is gone and the item is no longer in the guild store

✭✭Guild store purchases arrive by in-game post. If it is not there yet , try relogging or (much faster) zoning.
Please also get used to the search function in this forum. This was the fourth or fifth thread about this issue and many of us veterans will quickly tire of answering the same questions over and over again. Help prevent burn-out and subsequent snarkiness.0 -
