Will you want to keep Argonian as your race after the nerf?
Yes. I created my Argonian character back in 2014, when eso was released. I still play it up to this day. 5 years old character. There is no force that would make me to change race on my main.

Be honest and admit that most of you went Argonian because they were buffed to be OP.
Vet ESO members remember when Argonian was the least popular class in the game, which is why they buffed it in the (habitual) ZOS way of overcompensating.
I have argonians since 2014. I'm not going to drop them just because they are not BiS.
In fact, this encourages me to play with them (same as dunmer)
Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly
I was born with the wrong sign
In the wrong house
With the wrong ascendancy
I took the wrong road
That led to the wrong tendencies
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme
On the wrong day of the wrong week
Used the wrong method with the wrong technique
I just like Argonians so the decision isn't really about the changes although I am a little disappointed with the rungs that the race has dropped now both as healer and tanker.
As a healer it would seem Altmer and Breton are now better.
As a Tanker Nord definitely is looking better now and I wouldn't be surprised if some of the other races have them beat as well.
Also noticeable is the loss of poison resist. It might have sparked some jealousy but I think that should have remained particularly with the underwhelming numbers elsewhere. Argonians took an unnecessary massive nerf but I still like the lizardfolk. In short they should probably look at buffing Argonian in other ways. Surprisingly they gave Khajiits the regen passive I had expected on Argonian years ago when we got the potion buff instead. I'm curious to see how Khajiit will play out now. They're now the jack of all trades races that Argos use to be.

I wouldn't, but that's not because of argonian nerfs but nord buffs and the fact that I never liked argonian in the first place, just used it because it's effective. Now I get to play a race I actually like and be most effective at the same time.
The potion passive nerf is understandable, it was incredibly generous even after its first nerf. The loss of 6 percent self healing is going to hurt NB healers more than any other healer in pvp, as that provided a valuable cushion for fueling healthy offerings. Will likely have to drop a support 5 piece for a more selfish defensive set and play less brawler esque, but i will manage just fine.
