Any reason to buy Imperial class at this point?

With the impending racial passive nerfs, is there any real reason to care about imperials anymore? They were never overwhelming before, but they seem very blah now. It is a shame, as I always liked the Imperials, but I don't want to shell out money for crap.

✭✭There are better races. Healing on damage is worthless, considering amount of healing sources available. I'd probably pick nord over imperial now. They aren't bad though, just don't really worth it unless you want them just for looks.Profanity filter is a crime against the freedom of speech. Also gags.2 -

Also you get the ability to buy Imperial homes with gold.
I think everyone has the ability to buy the Imperial homes with crowns now though.1 -

Really though, I purchased mine way back when getting a mount was a difficult thing so starting the game off with one was a great boost. Also, Imperials are the only race I like after Bosmer.#FiteForYourRite Bosmer = Stealth

Schattenfluegel✭✭✭✭Depends on what you want...they are actually really good tanks on live, and they will ever be good tanks. The 2k Stam/Hp is the same value, that you actually gain on a Tank with 10/12 %. I am normaly between 30-40k Hp, 19k Mag and 20k Stam without tristatglyphes and goldgear.Love my Stamsorc0 -

TheMikrobe✭✭+2000 health and +2000 stamina, no other race comes anywhere near in terms of raw stats. For some builds that makes it BiS. As a bonus the new Red Diamond will give more healing than it currently does unless your health is over 43k.0

Sorry if I came off as brusque - it's been an interesting couple days.
Even if you care about character development, the cost of the upgrade is on the excessive side. That's true of pretty much everything in the crown store aside from the DLCs, though. The race should move to base game for free with purchase of the next chapter or something, IMO.0
