I want my "30 Free days playing". I Buy game at official store Pre-order. Digital Standart Edition. Just cant to Chose Plan of Subscription because i haven't money or VISA/MASTER/EXPRESS.

KolobusSoul ShrivenIf your issue is simply lack of funds, meaning you entered bank info and the check/credit card was declined, you can contact customer support. They've stated publicly that they will help people in that situation.
That being said, in the future it might be good for you to read the TOS before you buy.1 -

Only one thing - i don't remember information about "CHOSE WHE WAY TO SUBSCRIBE" before i pre-ordered. I think that i pay full price for game and 30 days included. So why i can't play ? Because i just can't chose WebMoney right now? It's ridiculous0
