Returning after a couple months - so how is Cyrodiil?

Hey all,
I have been away for a couple months - which may not seem like much in the grand scheme of things but in game time it can feel like Forever! So how is Cyrodiil these days? Last time I played sometime in November, my guild mates were talking about how players were leaving PVP for PVE to protest the lack of performance updates.
Oh and.....BRING ON THE DRAGONS woot!
