New Passives: 10 Races, 5 Classes, 2 Types, Go!

This is just a bit of a thought experiment to help the community digest the upcoming racial passive changes. Something to help test the PTS, or to plan out how many race changes you really need.
The Rules: You are making 10 characters, 2 for each existing class. One must be primarily magicka and the other stamina, or you may hybrid one of the types per class. You must use each race once, based on the new passives. Your decisions do not all need to be math based. You can sort based on flavor, or even personal preference.
As an example: this is basically what I have on live. (I don't have any plans to change them.)
Khajiit - stam DK
Dunmer - mag DK
Orc - stam NB
Altmer - mag NB
Imperial - stam sorc
Breton - mag sorc
Bosmer - stamplar
Redguard - magplar (this is main, choice for RP reasons)
Nord - stamden (not really, but to follow my own rule)
Argonian - magden
Bonus challenge: You can use one race twice, but explain why the missing race gets left out.

Redguard - Stamblade (above but for stam)
Nord - DK Tank (my DK tank is already a nord and nord will 100% be BiS PvE tank race now)
Dunmer - Mag DK (dunmer sucks now but RP I guess)
Breton - Magsorc (Nice af for general mag race now, great sustain helps counteract bad sorc sustain. Also RP reasons and my magsorc main is already Breton)
Orc - Stamsorc (Weapon damage synergizes with kit, speed synergizes with kit. Obvious choice imo)
Khajiit - Magplar (crit synergizes with kit)
Imperial - Stamplar (I have no f**cking clue about stamplars)
Bosmer - Stamden (needed to use bosmer, they seem nice for PvP)
Breton - Warden Tank (mostly RP reasons)
Left out argonian for a second tank because honestly I think argonian is kind of bad now. Nord would have been a better race to use twice on the 2nd tank or altmer on a mag DD but RP matters.
Overall I like the race changes but dunmer needs to be made viable. If not BiS for anything at least give another generalized buff. Orc could use a small stam buff as people are saying but looks strong to me tbh. Argonian seems dead imo, nord tanks will be BiS, imperial tanks will probably be better, bretons will probably be better healers (and maybe tanks too lol).William Thorne - EP Breton Sorcerer
