The people that are left playing the game are people who take this game pretty seriously with 8+ toons over level 50. They have the numbers, they know the insane amount of dunmer DKs they have. They could have easily given 1 racial token per character over level 50, not 1 racial token per account.
They're literally trying to milk their remaining loyal customers. Race change tokens are extremely expensive. 30$CAD?

Not. These changes don't break any race. Settle down there Chicken Little.

It's not only mDKs, it's also mNB. According to last poll on this forum, there were 3 most popular races, all magicka - altmer, dunmer and breton, each ~15% of players mains. Now they simply sacrifice one of those races covering it as "hybrid', while leaving two other viable so dunmer players who cares about minmaxing will run to crown shop.
Put down the tin foil, no it is not. These changes imo actually make sense and in many cases better aligns with the race culture and lore.

Whether or not they “make sense” or better align with “culture and lore” is sort of irrelevant to the point of the topic which is that offering one race change token is inadequate.
I would say the majority of players pick a race that comes equipped with the attributes people desire for the class and specialization they are playing.
Making fairly large changes to this and only offering one free avenue to change is inadequate.
One could both argue that the changes are fine and STILL believe the right thing to do would be to offer much more than only one free race change or yes, it does look like a cash grab.

I do not see these changes being significant to warrent changing a race. Min maxing just moves more into the realm of Gear and CP which is were it should be

You're not part of a PVP guild if you think this doesn't warrant a race change.

Maybe because your theory is jus that a tin foil hat theory and paranoid conspiracies are something i don't put much stock in.
I don't understand why so many people are supporting ZOS' position on this.
Literally all they have to do is allow players to change their races for free for a short amount of time to adjust their characters to these changes.

Are you all going to buy change tokens ?
