How to fix the 'cant use crafting station' bug in houses?

I'm going to preface this with the fact that I am irate right now.

This bug has plagued my fiance and her set crafting space since the Summerset Villa came out and we have spent countless hours trying different ideas to find a fix for it. Many other people have suggested that we use the Colossal Aldmeri Grotto but that one has the bug as well. I have seen other guilds use both houses with no issues in the exact same manor we are trying (on Alinor Ballroom Floors over the water).

I want to have a fix for this so we don't have to pick up any one item and move it every time we want to make something. It is getting extremely tiring. We don't want to give everyone else decorator privileges in order to guarantee access to the stations.

What can we do?

I moved mine from the basement to the southern room with a door and now they are working perfectly fine.

But the bug is annoying!

I have the same bug with mine in sleek creek. I place the station down where I want it and it works perfectly fine. Next time I log in, I can't use it anymore and have to move it like 1/10 of a millimeter. Annoying as hell.
