Elsweyr CE upgrade

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I can not find the Elsweyr CE upgrade option on the PS store. I found it yesterday but when I went to purchase it, it said it was not available. Now it's just not there at all. only the base Elsweyr upgrade.

Update: It finally showed up and now allows me to purchase it. Not sure what happened. But my problem seemed to resolve itself.
