Matthros✭✭✭Other-(answer in comments)While I won’t mind more guild slots I currently have no need for more than the current 5. Other than slots for guild traders being in multiple social or trial guilds can be redundant if your friends are all in the same guilds with each other.1

There's much less incentive to be active, loyal and participate in a guild when you've got 5 different ones.

That makes sense to me, good point. Like more guild slots would mean watering down of participation. Good point.2 -

Cardthief✭✭✭YesI've got 1 guild that I use as my personal 500 slot bank, 2 Twitch Streamer guilds, 1 Trade and 1 Trial/Dungeon guild, I would personally like at least 1 more for an RP guild but if not then its totally fine.(MC) Main DPS: Redz Kuinn - Lvl 50 - MagSorc - PvE

One social guild I joined early in the game. We do fun things that don't seem to fit into other guilds to much.
One trade guild.
Two trial guilds. One that does mostly normal trials the other vet stuff.
One PvP guild.
Had to drop a housing oriented guild to join the 2nd trial guild.
I could easily join one or two more guilds (not another trading guild) and be active in all of them.
I don't role play but you need to consider a player that does role play might need different guilds for different characters.
Was also in a fishing guild but that one fell apart as people got their achievement and moved on.and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."1
